Terms of Use
Last updated October 9, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and [Operator's legal name] ("we", "us"), who makes Wallpaper AI, the app and the website at wallpaper.community (together, "the service"). By using the service you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. Who can use Wallpaper AI
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. You must be able to make a binding agreement and not be barred from using the service under the law that applies to you.
2. Your account
- You can browse and make wallpapers without an account. Liking, posting, reporting and having a profile need an account, made with Sign in with Apple, Google or an email link.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Your username and display name must not pretend to be someone else, a brand or Wallpaper AI.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings. That removes your profile, posts, likes and stored images, as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Making wallpapers with AI
- Wallpapers are made by third-party AI models from your prompts and any images you add. Results can be unexpected, inaccurate or similar to other people's results, and we can't promise any result is unique.
- Before a prompt or image reaches an image model, it is checked against our Community Guidelines, by automated systems and sometimes by a person. We may refuse to generate something.
- Only add images you have the right to use. Don't use photos of other people in ways they haven't agreed to.
- Generation has daily limits, which may differ for free and paid use.
4. Your content
- "Your content" means your prompts, the images you add, the wallpapers you make, and what you post: wallpapers, titles, shared prompts, profile details and appeal notes.
- As between you and us, you keep whatever rights you have in your content. Rights in AI-generated images vary by country and may be limited.
- When you post something, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, resize, display and distribute it in order to run and promote the service. This includes showing it in feeds, search, other people's likes and remixes, and share-link pages on the web. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people have already saved, and copies we must keep for the reasons in the Privacy Policy.
- Others can see, like, save to their Photos, share and remix what you post. A remix credits your post while it stays visible.
- Fan art and other people's characters, franchises or logos can be made and kept in your Drafts, but can't be posted.
5. Community rules and moderation
- Follow the Community Guidelines. Everything posted is checked, by automated systems and by people, before others see it. A post stays visible only to you until it's approved.
- We may refuse, hide or remove any content, and limit, suspend or ban accounts, that break these terms or the guidelines, or put people or the service at risk. Removals can add a strike. Repeated strikes can lead to a suspension or a ban.
- You can appeal a removed post once from the app. A person reviews appeals the automated check doesn't approve.
- Content that sexualizes children is removed at once, the account is frozen, and we report it to the authorities as the law requires.
- You can report posts and people, and block people, from the app.
6. Things you must not do
- Break the law, or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate or deceive people.
- Try to get around moderation, rate limits, blocks or bans, for example with new accounts or reworded prompts.
- Scrape the service, access it with bots, or reverse-engineer, overload or interfere with it.
- Use the service, or its outputs, to train or build a competing AI model or service.
- Sell or sublicense access to your account.
7. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on Wallpaper AI infringes your copyright, email support@wallpaper.community with:
- your contact details;
- the work you own;
- a link to the post;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the right or may act for its owner;
- your signature.
We remove infringing content and may close the accounts of repeat infringers.
8. Subscriptions and purchases
- Some features may need a paid subscription bought through Apple's App Store. Prices, what's included and the billing period are shown before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your Apple ID settings. Apple charges your Apple ID account.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period ends.
9. Our service and other services
- We may change, add or remove features, models, limits or the service itself.
- The service relies on other companies, such as AI model providers, Apple and Google. We aren't responsible for their services.
- The Wallpaper AI name, logo, app and website (other than your content) belong to us, and these terms give you no right to them except to use the service.
10. Ending
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we must by law, or if we stop offering the service. Sections 4 (the license for copies others already have), 6, 10, 11, 12 and 13 survive.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate, lawful or fit for your purpose. You use content from other people and AI output at your own risk.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 50 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
13. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you will cover our reasonable costs from claims by others that arise from your content or from your breach of these terms.
14. Apple
- These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, has no duty to provide maintenance or support, and isn't responsible for claims about the app (product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property).
- If the app fails a warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, which may refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- You confirm you aren't in a country under a US government embargo or on a US list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
15. Changes and governing law
- We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
- These terms are governed by the laws of [Country or state whose law applies], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where you live may give you mandatory rights and the right to bring claims in your local courts.
- If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
